Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes. You will respond to service requests under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification within 90 days.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
