Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks across apartment communities. You will respond to service requests and help ensure curb appeal and property quality.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations, while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Know property-specific issues such as asbestos.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all tasks completed.
• Carry out maintenance in the Supervisor's absence; schedule staff and vendors as needed.
