Qualifications

• Mechanical skills to handle minor repairs and fixtures.
• Knowledge of electricity to diagnose electrical problems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and equipment regularly for needed repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure properties are safe for occupants and visitors.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance problems.
