Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units.
• Occasional on-call duties.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
