Qualifications

• Ability to read a depth gauge, calipers, micrometers, and tape measure.
• Ability to read ohms, amps, and volts.
• Basic AC/DC motor knowledge, wiring and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting.
• Understand NEMA codes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate using electric arc welding and cutting torch.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Operate drill press, grinders and band saws; troubleshoot related equipment.
• Understand bearings, shafts, pulleys, gearboxes and transmissions.
• Follow supervisor directions and perform other duties as assigned.
