SMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair the community’s physical assets, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and more. The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and safety compliance.

On-call rotation occurs every fourth week, with a 20% rent discount available. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance as well as unit turnovers while ensuring adherence to company

Responsibilities

• Address, follow up and document service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and unit turnovers.
