CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice in Summerville, SC for a full-time, permanent position with a 1-year training program. You will perform basic preventive maintenance and repair of buildings under close supervision, using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, interpret instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Follow all codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Adhere to procedures and participate in training mentorships.
