Job summary

The apprentice will perform basic maintenance and assist with preventive and corrective repairs across building systems while learning under supervision. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, can follow instructions, and possess digital literacy with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and memos.
• Digital literacy including basic software use.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow applicable codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship during the apprenticeship.
• Perform general labor tasks and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist in fixing and repairing building systems under supervision.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance of facilities and spaces.
• Assist with office moves and related logistics.
