Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or some college credits from a technical school; or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and appliance repair; drywall repairs and painting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondences.
• Ability to apply common sense and solve problems with concrete variables in standardized situations.
