CommonSail Investment Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our senior living communities in Indiana. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections across building systems while delivering courteous service to residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and the ability to read manuals. A team-oriented attitude and strong safety practices are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and appliance repair.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Operates various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment or uncertain conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area that meets safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery, building and grounds as required.
• Maintains a positive customer service attitude in interactions with staff and residents.
