Job summary

Central Bethany, a full-service real estate development and property management company near Beaverton, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Facilities team. You will perform a wide range of repairs—drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC—and respond to on-call emergencies on a rotating weekly schedule.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience (residential) or 1–2 years (commercial), a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintenance experience in residential or 1–2 years in commercial.
• Valid, current driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, climb stairs, ladders and lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs across Central Bethany's commercial properties.
• Proactively address potential issues before they impact operations or tenant experience.
• Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management under pressure.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical faults quickly and provide high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and service providers while upholding quality standards.
• Provide updates to Property Management on repair timelines and budgets.
• Maintain facilities and grounds including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and appliance repairs.
