Creative Foam Corp, a long-standing manufacturer serving multiple markets, seeks experienced maintenance professionals for on-site roles in Dayton, OH. Your duties include repairing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, installing upgrades, and documenting work orders to support reliability and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong electrical experience, and solid troubleshooting with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in maintenance within manufacturing.
• 3 to 5 years of strong electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on machine maintenance support including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Performs scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance to specifications.
• Assists in manufacture, assembly and installation of machine upgrades and plant improvement programs.
• Keeps accurate information on work orders, including problem, remedy, labor and downtime.
• Supports safety initiatives and maintains a safe working environment.

The Qualified Individual Will Poses The Following Skill Set

• Hands-on machine maintenance support including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair, weld/fabricating experience. Knowledge and understanding of control panels and control logic. 5 axis robotic system experience helpful.
• Hands-on plant maintenance support including utilities and structure.
• Performs the scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance program to its specifications and guidelines.
• Assists in the manufacture, assembly, and installation of machine or plant upgrades, and plant improvement programs.
• Responsible for keeping accurate information on a project or repair work order including problem, remedy, labor, parts and downtime incurred in a legible, specific format.
• Promotes company's safety efforts and maintains a safe working environment for employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in maintenance within manufacturing.
• 3 to 5 years of strong electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshoot abilities.
