Job summary

Creative Foam Corp in Flint, MI seeks a manufacturing candidate to support multiple processes on the shop floor, set up work stations and manage changeovers. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have troubleshooting skills, ERP experience, stamping process familiarity, and the stamina to sit or stand for extended periods. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting experience is required.
• ERP experience is required.
• Stamping experience with similar processes is preferred.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for 10 hours on the job.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up work stations and complete changeovers.
• Demonstrate leadership experience.
• Multi-task and monitor multiple processes concurrently.
