Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our community facilities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents. You will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, ensuring workspaces meet high standards.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, completing assigned projects, and preparing vacant units for move-in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident’s maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
