WHO WE NEED

Assist customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities and work with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment.

• Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
• Painting and pressure washing
• Work both indoors and outdoors year‑round

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive experience for customers and coworkers
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience preferred
• Knowledge of the area/downtown locations a plus
• Calculate parking amount due, collect validations, and payment from customers
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
