The Car Park is hiring an entry-level role in downtown Louisville. You will assist customers with parking transactions and help maintain cleanliness across multiple parking decks in a busy urban setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in janitorial or maintenance work, can stand and walk for long periods, and are team players who can also work independently. Paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

WHO WE NEED

You will be assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities in addition to working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment. You will be performing routine custodian duties such as:

• Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
• Painting and pressure washing
• The position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round

• You are the most sought-after customer service expert in town!
• Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills AND excel while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is a preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations a plus
• Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
