Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a reliable team member to assist customers with parking transactions and to support custodial duties across multiple downtown parking decks. The role involves indoor and outdoor work year-round, including sweeping, painting, and maintaining clean facilities.

You will join a crew dedicated to safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. The position includes opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding nationwide company and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, pick up litter, and dispose of waste.
• Paint and pressure wash as needed.
• Calculate parking amount due and collect payments at entry.
