Job summary

As a key onsite contributor, you will handle work orders, service HVAC systems, prepare apartments for new residents, and collaborate with teammates to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or housing.
• Hold EPA licensure.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work; off-site travel as needed.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Essential functions include standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including make-ready’s and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
