Pay: Starting at $19.00+ per hour based on experience

Requirements for Maintenance Tech:

• One year of experience performing building maintenance
• HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech:

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily
• Assist departments with move-ins and setting up equipment needed for resident care
• Perform building repairs such as drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting
• Document completed work
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Be available for on-call as needed or scheduled
