Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC and electrical systems to support our senior living communities in Washington and Uniontown, PA. This full-time role involves varied schedules, on-call duties, and regional travel to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience
  • $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time employees

  • Paid Time Off: Up to 21 days in the first year

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled building maintenance and preventative repairs in senior living settings
  • Travel between multiple locations to provide support as needed
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Welding preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience or 5 years' related work experience

  • Excellent communication and basic computer skills
  • HVAC Certification and EPA 608 Certification preferred; must attain within specified timeframes if not already certified
