Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Jacksonville, FL seeks a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician to perform maintenance across our properties, including HVAC work, make readies, and curb-appeal upkeep. You will collaboratively support onsite teams and provide excellent resident service.

Requirements include 3+ years maintenance experience (property management a plus), EPA licensure, HVAC hands-on expertise, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, property management background a plus.
• Hands-on HVAC skills and maintenance troubleshooting ability.
• Able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold standards.
• Uphold curb appeal and keep the property visually appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
