Job summary

Aspen Square Management, Inc. seeks a versatile maintenance technician in Brunswick. This role covers HVAC maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across our properties with on-site support for residents.

Three years of maintenance experience and an EPA license are required. You must have a valid driver’s license, own basic hand tools, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain the property's visual appeal and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
