Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to work off-site as needed
• Must provide own hand tools
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systemsAbility to participate in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off‑site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
