Aspen Square Management is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Tech for Indigo Isles in Jacksonville. The role involves completing work orders, maintaining HVAC systems, and preparing apartments for new residents. You will collaborate with on-site teams to uphold property standards and ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and hands-on HVAC skills. A valid driver's license, own tools, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required to service HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems and related components.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/off-site locations.
• Candidate must provide own hand tools for daily tasks.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and accurately.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents including make-ready work.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property appearance.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
