Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Tech for Indigo Isles in Jacksonville. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and make-readies to prepare apartments for new residents.

Collaboration with maintenance and office teams ensures property standards and curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service. Candidates should have 3+ years in maintenance, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC skills, and be able to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC expertise.
• Ability to participate in on-call emergency rotations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Own hand tools required.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
