Job summary

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. (RFI) in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to support the Maintenance Department in equipment evaluation and troubleshooting, with opportunities to train others.

You will participate in 5S/Kaizen activities, assist with repairs, design equipment, read blueprints, and maintain safety policies. A highly motivated attitude and strong math/analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and tasks assigned.
• Identify areas for equipment improvement.
• Support maintenance team in repairs and equipment design.
