Job summary

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana, seeks a Maintenance Specialist to support the Maintenance Department in evaluating and troubleshooting equipment. You will provide training to team members in mechanical and electrical needs.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, identifying improvement areas, supporting repairs, and designing equipment while following safety procedures; 5S and Kaizen participation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong math, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders assigned.
• Find areas of improvement for equipment.
• Support Maintenance TMs in repairs.
• Design Equipment.
• Provide training to Maintenance TM’s.
• Provide solutions for quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
