Job summary

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. in Columbus, IN seeks an Experienced Specialist to support the Maintenance Department, evaluating and troubleshooting equipment and training team members in mechanical and electrical needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders assigned.
• Find areas of improvement for equipment.
• Support Maintenance TM’s in repairs.
• Design Equipment.
• Provide training to Maintenance TM’s.
• Provide solutions for quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities
• Other duties as assigned.
