Job summary

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. in Columbus, IN is seeking an experienced Team Member to support the Maintenance Department. You will evaluate equipment, troubleshoot and assist in mechanical and electrical tasks while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Strong math, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintains safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Department with equipment evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Provide training to team members in mechanical and electrical areas.
• Complete Work Orders and implement equipment improvements.
• Assist in designing equipment and addressing quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.

Job Summary and Primary Objectives:

Support the Maintenance Department in the evaluation and troubleshootingof equipment. Provide training to Maintenance Department team membersin the areas of Mechanical and Electrical needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Complete Work Orders assigned.

• Support Maintenance TM’s in repairs.
• Design Equipment.
• Provide training to Maintenance TM’s.
