The role involves training team members in mechanical and electrical areas, completing work orders, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward safety and continuous

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in mechanical and electrical background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Good math aptitude.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills.
• Willingness to engage in 5S/Kaizen and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders assigned.
• Find areas of improvement for equipment.
• Support Maintenance team in repairs.
• Design equipment where needed.
• Provide training to Maintenance team members.
• Provide solutions for quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
