You will guide a team of technicians, drive preventative and predictive maintenance, and improve equipment reliability in a large manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes a safety-first mindset and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient operations and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and experience leading a team.
• Strong experience with industrial utility systems such as boilers, air compressors, hot oil systems, chillers, hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety inspections and audits and ensure adherence to policy.
• Schedule and manage repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Develop, coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks and supervise technicians.
• Maintain records and equipment repair information.
• Oversee maintenance program and housekeeping in the department.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and other departments.
• Coach and develop Maintenance Technicians’ technical competence.
