Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing shift-based operations.
• Flexibility to report early or stay late based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwrights during maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose solutions.
• Train technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
