Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; trade school preferred.
• EPA, CPO and boiler operator licenses preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs to maintain building functionality and safety.
• Maintain HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and related equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and tenants; mentor junior staff.
