Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across properties. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience, EPA refrigerant handling certs, and strong communication skills to coordinate with residents and vendors. A technical degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Maintenance supervision experience 1–3 years handling subordinates.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and budget awareness is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and evaluate performance.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Manage work orders and routine upkeep; diagnose defects and repair.
• Monitor safety, quality, and budget compliance; order supplies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and codes.
