Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Industrial Mechanics or Electronics.
• Experience with hand tools, machine tools, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and respond to maintenance calls with a focus on safety and uptime.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Drive improvements via 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Report part shortages to maintenance planners.
• Coordinate coverage for extended shifts and on-call weekends.
• Troubleshoot actuators, sensors, and servo/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Operate measurement and diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope).
• Develop PLC program improvements with PLC support.
• Maintain 5S standards and SAP work orders.
