Robert Bosch Group in Florence, KY is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems, while supporting manufacturing operations through equipment reliability, PLC programming, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder Logic, STL, or similar).
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, oil changes, lubrication, and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain and improve the performance and precision of robotic and automated systems.
• Diagnose issues with sensors, actuators, servo drives, and control systems.
• Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, and welding tools as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Support and implement PLC programming updates and system improvements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support repairs and installations.
• Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities and findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
