Job summary

Bosch USA in Florence, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include PLC programming updates, reading blueprints, improving system reliability, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Second and third shifts available; direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with PLC programming and robotics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, oil changes, lubrication, and equipment cleaning.
Maintain and improve the performance and precision of robotic and automated systems.
Diagnose issues with sensors, actuators, servo drives, and control systems.
Operate machine shop equipment as needed (lathes, grinders, welding tools).
Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Support PLC programming updates and system improvements.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support repairs.
