Job summary

BOSCH USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and building systems. The role involves working with hydraulic injection molding machinery, electrical components, and automation systems in a manufacturing environment.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems using manuals and blueprints, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Four years of related experience and a technical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Four years related experience and/or training in maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.). Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs hydraulic injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and predicts potential failures.
• Diagnoses mechanical problems using blueprints and manuals.
• Repairs and installs electrical components and controls in machinery and equipment.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities and 5-S housekeeping.
