Job summary

At the West Hershey Plant, the Maintenance Team Lead coordinates daily work of skilled technicians who maintain, repair, and calibrate manufacturing equipment. This hands-on leader aligns priorities with production needs, guides troubleshooting, and communicates risks and resource needs across maintenance, operations, and engineering.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience coordinating trades, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating skilled-trades work, schedules, troubleshooting, or equipment support preferred.
• Knowledge of CMMS tools and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and set priorities for technicians.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, checks, and calibration with safety and quality procedures.
• Prepare daily schedules based on production needs and staffing.
• Guide troubleshooting of equipment and communicate risks to teams.
