Job summary

The Hershey Company seeks a Sr Mgr BU Lead in Lancaster, PA to guide a manufacturing operations business unit, translating strategic plans into reliable execution. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity at scale.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee major projects, and communicate updates to senior leadership, balancing budgets with long-term business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, budgets, and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams to meet production goals.
• Oversee major projects, coordinate resources, and implement changes.
• Drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements across operations.
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Mentor leaders and foster a high-performing culture on the floor.
• Manage budgets and balance service, quality, and long-term needs.
