Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive results.
• Experience with GMP/HACCP/OSHA and ERP systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams, setting priorities and removing barriers.
• Manage major manufacturing projects, coordinate resources, mitigate risk, and implement improvements.
• Develop short- and long-term operating plans based on production data and constraints.
• Champion safety and food safety, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and control systems; drive root-cause analysis.
