Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, seeks a Reliability Lead to drive equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement across a production unit. You will lead maintenance scheduling, implement preventive and predictive programs, and partner with engineering and operations to maximize asset performance.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/reliability, SAP-PM or CMMS experience, and a related engineering degree.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience.
Experience with SAP-PM or CMMS platforms is preferred.
Engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing maintenance background.

Responsibilities

Lead overall maintenance and asset reliability activities for assigned production lines or process areas.
Manage maintenance planning and scheduling through SAP work orders.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs via performance data.
Partner with Technical Assurance to support asset management, inventory accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
Support development of site capital plans and manage CAPEX projects.
Lead root cause analysis and breakdown elimination to improve reliability.
Participate in daily huddles, report maintenance metrics, and drive corrective actions.
Coach mechanics and operators to strengthen ownership and skills.
Apply advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
Ensure safety, quality, and standards compliance with a culture of continuous improvement.
