Job summary

Marvin in Fargo, ND is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee a team of technicians in daily plant maintenance, PM planning, and issue resolution.

You will lead the maintenance team, document work orders in the plant system, train staff, enforce safety, and drive root-cause investigations to prevent quality issues. Two-year technical degree and supervisory experience are required; forklift and aerial lift licenses are needed or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree preferred; supervision experience required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses.
• Proficient with computer technology including EAM software, ADP, and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and support preventative maintenance (PM) and related work orders.
• Lead/mentor the maintenance team in day-to-day maintenance tasks and issue resolution.
• Provide status feedback to supervisors and email end-of-shift reports daily.
• Document repairs and PM work in the plant's work order system (EAM).
• Perform regular inspections and light repairs on production equipment.
• Develop and document PM procedures and train the team on repair procedures.
• Enforce safety measures and ensure PPE is worn by maintenance staff.
• Investigate quality concerns to determine root causes and prevent issues.
