Job summary

You will lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, operations and contractors to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing or facilities environments.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and documentation.
• Support safety, facility, and utility projects to improve reliability.
