Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with regulatory alignment.
• Licensing may be required for export controls or sanctions.
• Significant maintenance experience with specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and allocate resources to meet KPIs.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Champion safety by enforcing procedures and training on safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with TPM teams.
• Coordinate shift handovers and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability and uptime.
