Johnsonville seeks a Team Leader - Maintenance in Holton, KS, to guide a skilled 2nd-shift maintenance team, ensuring production lines and refrigeration equipment run reliably. You will implement reliability programs and collaborate with engineers and production to upgrade machinery.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial maintenance, leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP/CMMS and maintenance scheduling tools.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance knowledge with strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
Leadership experience in a maintenance team is required.
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members to higher levels of responsibility.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
Proficient with SAP or CMMS and maintenance scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians.
Ensure planned work, preventive maintenance schedules and responsibilities are completed in SAP/Viziya.
Engage in root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions.
Develop relationships with internal customers and set work priorities.
Identify skill gaps and develop team members to meet needs.
Create an innovative, collaborative maintenance environment and drive equipment improvements.
Drive performance metrics and ensure timely coaching and timekeeping.
Coordinate 2nd-shift maintenance activities and support career development.
