Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and welding activities in a heavy industrial facility. You will report to the Plant Manager, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with production schedules and safety requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, blueprints interpretation, and the ability to guide a team in a demanding environment while maintaining equipment reliability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to guide workflow and supervise a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance and welding activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely reporting of hazards.
• Assign work and monitor productivity of the maintenance team.
• Maintain equipment, conveyors, hoppers, and related systems.
• Ensure work meets specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Train and support other employees as needed.
