Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support daily maintenance and welding activities within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will work under the Plant Manager, providing day-to-day guidance, assigning work, and serving as a technical resource for the Maintenance Team.

The role requires 4+ years of maintenance/welding experience, strong reading of blueprints, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Adheres to all company procedures and work instructions for maintenance and operations.
• Maintains accountability for maintenance schedules and productivity of the assigned team members.
• Ensures work is completed in accordance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Trains and supports other employees as needed.
• Operates small scale equipment as required.
