Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions, a diversified engineering company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and welding activities at our Richmond-area facility. You will work under the Plant Manager, assign work, and serve as a technical resource for the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance, fabrication, or welding in a manufacturing or precast environment, can read shop drawings, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain safety-focused in a heavy industrial

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to guide workflow and support team members in a shop environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Reports safety deficiencies or hazards to ensure timely correction.
• Adheres to procedures and work instructions for maintenance and operations.
• Maintains accountability for maintenance schedules and productivity of the team.
• Ensures work is completed in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Trains and supports other employees as needed.
• Operates small scale equipment and maintains conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment.
