Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the King George, VA facility. This hands-on role supports daily maintenance and welding activities, reporting to the Plant Manager, ensuring work is done safely and on schedule.

You will guide the Maintenance Team, read blueprints, operate small equipment, and maintain conveyors and related systems in a heavy industrial setting. 4+ years in maintenance and a safety-focused mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 4+ years in maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide workflow and support team in a shop environment.
• Reliability, safety focus, and detail orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Reports safety hazards to ensure timely correction.
• Adheres to procedures for maintenance and operations.
• Maintains schedules and productivity of the maintenance team.
• Completes and submits shift documentation.
• Ensures work meets specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Trains and supports other employees as needed.
• Operates small scale equipment and maintains conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment.
